S2S Tracking Guide

1. Integration and Test Process

1.1 Contact BIGO Ads AM

Contact BIGO Ads AM to have an API Key for your Business Center.

1.2 Pass the API Key to Tech Team

Pass the API Key (also called AppKey) and API integration document to your tech team for technical readiness.

1.3 Share a Virtual Click Tracking URL

Share a virtual click tracking URL to BIGO Ads AM, and if both testing click and conversion numbers are as expected, then the integration is finished:
a. BIGO Ads sends several clicks through the testing click tracking URL.
b. You send several conversions back to BIGO Ads through the clicks.

2. Ad Account Set Up

2.1 Contact BIGO Ads AM

Contact BIGO Ads AM to whitelist your ad account id or Business Center id with S2S tracking option.

2.2 Go to [App Event] Tab

Go to [App Event] tab to create tracking for your landing page: [Library] - [App Event] - [Create].

2.3 Put Google Play or App Store Product Link

Put Google Play or App Store product link in Download URL, click on [Next].

2.4 Choose [Others] and Input URLs

Choose [Others] and input S2S click tracking URL and impression tracking URL (if any) as required and submit.


3. Campaign and Ads Set Up

3.1 Choose [App Installs] as Campaign Objective

Choose [App Installs] as your campaign advertising objective and name the campaign.


3.2 Choose the App You Just Created

Choose the App you just created.

3.3 Choose [Optimize Conversion at Learning Phase]

Choose [Optimize Conversion at Learning Phase], put your bidding for optimization event and proceed with ads setting.

3.4 Do Not Input S2S Tracking URLs Again

DO NOT need to input S2S tracking URLs again, keep them blank, because App Event has set up the tracking.
